Inter school sports competition held

Islamabad: Society for Educational welfare organized an inter-Baithak school sports competition at cricket ground G-11/1. The competitions included Races, High jump, Ball throwing, Treasure hunt, Tug of war, Skipping, etc. The schools participated in competitions including Baithak school Badia Rusmat (morning & evening), Baithak school Khannapul and Baithak school Golra.

Baithak school Badia Rusmat (mor).won the trophy and Golra school remained runner up. After all the competitions, there was an impressive PT display with students of Baithak school, Golra in complete harmony.

The chief guest Dr. Zaitoon Begum (in charge women campus, International Islamic University Islamabad) gave away the prizes among the winners of different competitions.

She appreciated the cause of Baithak School and the efforts made by the whole team engaged in spreading light of knowledge in slums and deprived class of society. After this, Samina Khubaib (in charge Baithak schools) prayed thanks to the honourable guests.
