International Day of Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons was observed today. In his message on the day, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, urged nuclear-weapon states to lead the way by honouring their disarmament obligations, and committing never to use nuclear weapons under any circumstances.
