ISESCO to hold roundtable on promoting dialogue, respect for cultural diversity

Rabat As part of the fifth World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue due to be held in Azerbaijan's capital Baku on May 23, the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) will convene a roundtable on the role of religious leaders and academic institutions in promoting dialogue and respect for cultural diversity through concrete initiatives.

The forum will be held under the theme of Building dialogue into action against discrimination, inequality and violent conflict.

The roundtable will gather the president of ISESCO Supreme Council for Education, Science and Culture of Muslims outside the Islamic World and a number of the Council members from France, Albania, Spain, Finland, Italy, the United States, Britain and Russia. The participants will present their respective initiatives and successful experiences.
