JI condemns Peshawar blast

Lahore: Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Syed Munawar Hasan and the JI Secretary General, Liaqat Baloch, have strongly condemned the bomb blast at a Peshawar bazaar on Sunday resulting in heavy loss of life, and termed it an enemy activity to destabilize the country.

They said the third terrorist activity in Peshawar within a week was a deep conspiracy and part of the international Great Game aimed at pushing the country towards destruction for achieving their evil designs.

The JI leaders said the nation was now sick of the government stance that foreign hand was behind the terrorism, and said the nation now expected the rulers to expose the foreign hand involved.

They expressed deep condolences with the bereaved families and prayed for the early recovery of the injured.
