Peshawar: Jamat-e-Islami Khyber Pukhtunkhwa has formed a group to finalize its recommendation for legislation to abolish Riba interest. The group is formed in Provincial Council’s meeting of Jamat-e-Islami that held at Markaz-e-Islami on Thursday. Professor Mohammad Ibrahim Khan Chaired the meeting.
Addressing the council Professor Ibrahim condemned the suicide attack on Church and termed it a conspiracy against the peace process and said that those attacked the church had nothing to do with Islam and humanity.
Professor said also expressed grief over the loss of precious lives in earthquake at Baluchistan and vowed that JI will extend all possible help to the quack affectees and they will not be leave alone at this difficult time.
The provincial Council of the party also expressed displeasure over the increasing of petroleum prices. “Prices of essential commodities will jump to new extent,” the council observed.
