JUI flays shortage of wheat flour

Karachi: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) has strongly commanded the shortage of wheat flour and its constantly increasing prices in Sindh province.
JUI-F Sindh Chapter information secretary Muhammad Aslam Ghauri in a statement here on Thursday said the resent hike in petroleum products and increasing prices of wheat flour are new gifts of the rulers to poor masses.

He said the government has done nothing for the masses except giving them hollow slogans. He said hundreds of children died of measles in Sindh. He urged the government to take action against those who failed to control measles epidemic in the province. He also demanded a judicial inquiry in this regard.

The JUI-F leader criticized the silence of rulers on the issue of target killings. He said a lot of innocent people including, Ulema, students, doctors, journalists, politicians and traders have been killed in Karachi by the terrorists, who even do not spare elected representatives and legislators.

He asked if the government can impose governor ruler in Balochistan due to poor law and order situation, why such action is not being taken in Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.
