Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Finance, Muzaffar Syed Advocate has asked students to equip themselves with sound knowledge and skill to shoulder their future responsibility successfully and lead the nation in right direction.
He was addressing at Parents Day ceremony at Saad Bin Muaz International School, Sardar Ghari, Peshawar on Tuesday. Patron of the school and Provincial Amir of Jamaat-e- Islami, Professor Ibrahim Khan, President Alkhidmat Foundation KP, Noorul Haq, Principal SBM School, Rashid Siddique spoke on the occasion.
Ex-MNA Haroonur Rasheed , students, teachers, parents and dignitaries attended the function. Prizes among the outstanding students of the school were distributed for their excellent curricular and co curricular performance.
Muzaffar Syed lauded the pro learning and training atmosphere of the school and hoped that the institution would help a lot in better training of the youth. He termed both, acquisition of contemporary knowledge and spiritual guidance as must for character building. The minister said that masses were fed up of existing corrupt and unjust system and wanted to get rid of it. “Only youth have the potentials to reform this system”, he remarked.
He went on to say that young generation were highly talented and could work for the enforcement of Islamic system and establishing a prosperous society. The minister urged students that besides focusing on their studies also try to extend respect to their parents and be disciplined to serve the country in proper manner. He under lined the need of better coordination among students, teachers and parents for better grooming of the youth.
Patron of the school and Amir of Jamaat-e- Islami KP, Prof. Ibrahim Khan while speaking on the occasion said that global exploiters were conspiring to divide Muslim countries through proxy war. He advised youth to face challenges bravely instead of to afraid from them.
