NMPA announces to join PTI

SIALKOT: The PMLN MPA Engineer Imran Ashraf has formally announced to quit the PMLN and join the PTI due to his five-year long mounted political differences with the local PMLN MNA Khawaja Muhammad Asif.

MPA Imran Ashraf made this announcement while addressing a largely attended press conference at his office in Sialkot here Wednesday. He said that the PTI Chief Imran Khan is visiting Sialkot on his invitation on March 17,2013, where, he will publically join the PTI, as he left the PMLN.

Replying to a question, the PMLN MPA Imran Ashraf admitted that he had political differences with Khawaja Asif, saying that though he was the MPA but the PMLN district and provincial leadership ignored him totally and did not inform him about the March 06, 2013 day long visit to Sialkot district of Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.
