Non bailable arrest warrants against Sardar Rind, others

SIBI: Anti Terrorism Court Sibi again issued non bailable arrest warrants against 25 people including Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind and his son.

According to prosecution Special Judge anti Terrorism Court M Nawaz Khan Barakzai during hearing of murder case of Bilal shah and Gaji Khan in Haft Wali area of Sanni expressed anger over non arrest of accused nominated in the case. They included Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind, his son Sardar Khan Rind, Nadir Ali, Soha, Abdul Majeed, Nasrullah, Sanjar Khan, Ramzan , Khadim Hussain, Yunus, Abdul Majeed, Dhani Bakhsh, Abdul Majeed, Muhammad Karim, Muhammad Zaman, Muhammad Sharif, Amanullah, Ghulam Sarwar, Muhammad Hassan, Muhammad Hayat, Saboran, Abdul Ghaffar, Muhammad Anwar and Munir Ahmed.

Court issued again non bailable arrest warrants against them.

Investigation Officer Moazzam Jatoi informed the court that Sardar Rind was not present in his area. Home Department is being contacted for his arrest. After their reply his arrest could be made. An accused Sona Khan is arrested in another case in Quetta. We are in contact with Quetta police for his custody. Efforts were underway for arrest of remaining

accused.

Case was registered in Thana Sanni under sections 314, 147, 148, 149, 302, on August 28, 2012.
