Pakistani cricketer won “Best Player of the Year 2018” award in Norway

A Pakistani cricketer based in Norway won the prestigious Best Player of the Year 2018 award in the country.

Syed Tajamal Hussain Shah received this honour due to his extraordinary performance in Cricket League Norway held from May to September this year.

The award was presented to the Norwegian Pakistani player by Secretary General of Norwegian Cricket Federation Ms Gry Bruaas.

According to Norwegian Cricket Federation, Tajamal took five wickets in one over including a hatrick in a T-20 match during Norway's cricket league. In this match, he bowled four overs for 21 runs and took seven wickets.

Secondly, in a 45 over match of the tournament, he bowled 54 deliveries with 47 dot balls.
