PMA condemns Quetta terrorism

KARACHI: Dr Samrina Hashmi, President, PMA Sindh has said that this is one of the darkest days of our history as we have turned ourselves into a ridiculed nation because the terrorists who used to attack Masjids, and Imam Barghas have even not let the hospitals this time, which in wartimes the hospitals were not attacked .

In a statement, PMA President said:”Attack on QaiedeAzam’s Ziarat Residence is attack on Pakistan. Eleven Women students and more than four female nurses were killed. A doctor saving lives in Causality was killed. Deputy Commissioner of a very good reputation was killed. Bolan Medical Complex was under siege for hours and hours.”

Samrina said: “PMA Sindh consoles with its colleagues, and feel very sorry and helpless in this situation. We can only pray for our health care workers who are working in these situations and giving their lives, and not leaving the hospital to save their own lives.”
