KARACHI: Poverty and illiteracy are two major menaces spoiling Pakistan society and there is dire need to promote education in the length and breadth of the country, said Amir Jamaat Ahle-Sunnat Karachi chapter Allama Shah Turabul Haq Qadri.
Speaking on the occasion of foundation stone laying ceremony of Ismail Academy at Korangi, he said the people working to give education to Pakistani children are praiseworthy. He said Ismail Academy would be an institution to provide quality education under the aegis of Al-Mustafa Welfare Society.
He hoped that children of this backward area after getting education would prove to be respectable and productive citizens and contribute for the progress and prosperity of the country. He thanked Haji Muhammad Ismail for his generous donations for the Ismail Academy. He said Al-Mustafa Welfare Society has already been running Faizan Academy in F B Area successfully.
