PSM starts reviving with 7% rise in production

KARACHI: Continuous arrival of raw material in Pakistan Steel Mills PSM has started its revival.

Coal and iron ore ships have improved stock positions of PSM raw material, increasing its production by 7% from 30% to 37.7 % on 28 February 2013, says a PSM release on Friday.

According to the release, PSM workers and staff are working hard for the betterment and revival of the great national asset, PSM, under the courageous and visionary leadership of Chief Executive Officer Major General Mohammad Javed.

PSM management is trying to reach at 60% production level in few months if the required facilities are provided timely. PSM ensures to become a profitable entity within few months.

PSM management specially thanked government of Pakistan, specially ministry of production, finance, related organizations and forums for their sincere cooperative role in the revival of PSM. PSM assures to fulfill the hopes of nation and become a rising example in our country.

On the start of the PSM revival, the CEO and management have congratulated all its 17,000 employees whose patience, wishes and prayers came true.
