Refurbishment of Parliament Lodges to be approved: Senate Committee

The Senate Committee on Housing was informed on Tuesday that PC-II for refurbishment of existing block of Parliament Lodges would be approved soon.

The meeting of the Committee was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman Senate, Saleem Mandviwalla in Islamabad on Tuesday.

Senator Kulsoom Parveen, Mir Yousaf Badini and Sardar Shafiq Tareen attended the meeting.

Officials of Capital Development Authority told the Committee that tender of services contracts for Parliament Lodges has been awarded.

The Director of MS. Habib Rafique told the Committee that Terms of Reference for tendering of shops and canteen have been finalized and tender would be advertised in next week.
