Rulers bent to torment poor till last day: PML-N

Karachi: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz PMLN, condemning the hike in oil prices during the last days of the tenure of present government, said the rulers were bent to continue sucking the blood of poor people till their last day in government.

PML-N Sindh spokesman Muhammad Ismail Rahu in a statement here Friday said that the corrupt rulers had made billions and trillions while the standard of living of ordinary Pakistanis had further dived beneath the poverty line. He said the wrong policies of rulers have made the life of common man a living hell. He charged that the rulers of Sindh had only harmed the province during their rule of four years and eleven months.

He regretted that during the rule of sitting government the students of interior Sindh find the doors of admissions in the biggest educational institute of Karachi closed on them. He said though the rulers are working overtime to criticize Mian Nawaz Sharif, but the fact is that now people of Sindh have developed a soft corner for Mian Nawaz and his party due their pro-Sindh policies. He said only Mian Nawaz could wipe out terrorist, target killings and criminal mafias.

Rahu said the rulers have started political vendetta in Sindh and they are harassing their political opponents in different villages and towns, but the people of Sindh would not elect the corrupt rulers in the coming elections to bring a change in the province, as well as, the country.
