Saleem inaugurates tennis training camp at POF (Pakistan Observer)

The training camp for Junior Tennis Players (13 to 17 years age) has been arranged at POF Tennis Center under the auspices of POF Sports Control Board.

President Pakistan Tennis Federation Senator Saleem Saif Ullah Khan inaugurated the training camp by cutting the ribbon. Top 20 Junior Tennis players all over Pakistan will be given coaching in this camp in which 4 junior players are hailing from Wah Cantt. Asian Tennis Federation has detailed a world qualified coach Mr. Khansaman Pracharapol of Thai Land to impart high quality training and modern playing techniques to Pakistani Junior players in this tennis training camp.

Col (R) Inamullah Khan will act as Camp Commander. Addressing on this occasion President Pakistan Tennis Federation Senator Saleem Saif Ullah Khan thanked Lt Gen Omar Mahmood Hayat, HI(M) Chairman POF Board for arranging a tennis training camp at POF. He further added, that sports facilities available in POF are at par with international standard and POF administration was playing vital role for promotion of sports in the country. He stressed upon the junior players to get maximum benefit from this training camp so that they could improve their skill and bring laurel for Pakistan at international level.

Earlier, Secy POF Sports Control Board Mr. Shehryar Khan in his welcoming remarks said that it was a matter of immense pleasure and honour for us that President Pakistan Tennis Federation is among us as a Chief Guest. He further mentioned that this training camp will provide an opportunity to learn the latest techniques of tennis for junior players as they will represent Pakistan at international level in the days to come.
