Sindh govt failed to safeguard citizens: PTI

KARACHI: Senior leaders and lawmakers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Dr Arif Alvi and Assad Umer, said on Wednesday that target killing and street crimes in Karachi were on the alarming rise as Sindh government had badly failed to safeguard life and property of citizens.

They said this while expressing condolence on phone with PTI Sindh leader Haji Iqbal on target killing of his two blood brothers in Karachi three days back.

The MNAs further said that an atmosphere of fear and insecurity was being created for workers of PTI in the city. They urged the provincial government to arrest killers of PTI workers and give them an exemplary punishment.
