Six die in different mishaps

Karachi: Six people, including a woman, killed in separate mishaps in different areas of the city on Monday.

An unknown addict man, 45, was killed when he was hit the Night Coach Train in Malir within the remit of Drigh road railway police station. The body was moved to a morgue. Police said that the victim was hit by the train engine when he was crossing the track. The identity of the victim could not be ascertained yet.

An unknown woman, 30, died when a vehicle hit her near Qatar Hospital Orangi Town. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for an autopsy.

A5yearold child, Amaz Khan, son of Maqsood Khan, died when he was hit by an unknown vehicle near Bilal Chowrangi, Pakhtoon Chowk in Landhi. The body was moved to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre JPMC for medicolegal formalities.

Ghulam Hussain, 21, was drowned in sea along Hawksbay beach. The body was recovered and handed over to heirs.

A vehicle hit and killed a man, Idrees, in Baldia Town No 2. The body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for an autopsy.

An unknown person, 25, was killed when he was hit by a vehicle. The body was shifted to Abbassi Shaheed Hospital ASH for medicolegal formalities.
