Sports: Squash: Yasir falls in Florida Open quarters

Karachi: Seeded third, Lahore-based Yasir Butt bowed out of the Florida State Open after losing quarterfinal match to unseeded South African Clinton Leeuw in PSA World Tour Challenger 10 squash event at the Lifetime Athletic Club in Boca Raton, USA.

Clinton Leeuw proved too good for Yasir and recorded a straight set 115, 112, 1210 victory in 39 minutes.

However, Leeuw lost the semifinal match to local favourite Julian Illingworth, who went on to win the title beating fourth seeded Welshman Peter Creed in the summit clash.
