Synthetic athletic track's foundation stone laid at Shahbaz Sharif Park (The Frontier Star (Pakistan))

Punjab Law Minister Rana Sana Ullah Khan has laid foundation stone of lying synthetic athletic track of international standard at Shahbaz Sharif Park and Sports Stadium Fardous Colony Jhang road.

The project would be completed at a cost of Rs 100 million to facilitate the sportsmen. In this connection a function was held at Shahbaz Sharif Park and Sports Stadium which was also attended by DCO Noorul Amin Mengal, MPA Khalid Saeed, Managing Dire ctor PHA Yawar Hussain and a large of number of people of the areas on Monday.

Addressing the ceremony, the Law Minister said the city would have the third big Sports Stadium which is being established on 131 Kanal land.

He said that synthetic athletic track was also a great addition in the stadium for holding Sport competitions of International level.

He said that the Punjab govt. was initiating comprehensive development programs to provide the modern and advanced basic facilities to the people.

He strongly criticized the ‘Dharna Siasat’ of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf and said that due to indulgence of PTI leaders in such politics,

Pakistan faced a colossal loss which badly hampered the Foreign Investment.

The Minister said that Imran Khan and other PTI leaders staged the ‘Dharna Show’ when Pakistan was rapidly overpowering the prolonged economic crisis. It was now the duty of public to resist the unfair politics of PTI if they again come on roads for destabilizing the country.

He paid glowing tributes to Prime Minister Mohammad Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif, for their hectic and constant efforts to overcome the energy crisis and eliminate Terrorism from the country.

He said that owning to wise policies being persuaded by the present government, the country was again rapidly striding on the path of stability and prosperity.

He cited the example of Pak-China Economic Corridor and huge Chinese Investment in augmentation of electricity in Pakistan which were indeed ‘God Gifted’ Project in Pakistan and would surely help improve our economic condition.

The Minister while acknowledging the hectic efforts of DCO, Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, said that due to untiring efforts of the DCO, a

number of mega projects like construction of under passes and plyovers in different parts of the city were expeditiously being constructed which would ultimately help in altogether change the look of Faisalabad city.

Earlier, DCO Noorul Amin Mengal said that a number of mega development projects were completed which would evolve new and modern Faisalabad.

MD PHA Yawar Hussain gave briefing about the progress of projects being completed at Shahbaz Sharif Park and Sports Stadium.
