Three activists of banned outfits among 29 suspects arrested in raids

KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers Sindh in targeted operations arrested 29 suspects, three activists of banned outfits, and recovered 32 weapons from their possession in the city on Thursday. A Rangers spokesman said the rangers conducted targeted operations in Mehran Town and Korangi area early this morning, where they arrested 26 criminals, including a notorious target killers, extortionists and proclaimed offenders.

The rangers also recovered 32 weapons from their possession. Intelligence based raids were also carried out in the city in which a Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) activist and two Lashkar-e-Jhangvi men were arrested in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Jamshed town respectively.
