Three people die, 19 injured in different road mishaps in Karachi

Karachi: Three people died and nineteen others injured in different road mishaps in Karachi on Sunday.

A speeding car knocked bike rider Ijaz s/o Abdul Karim to death near Dua Hotel on Mauripur road. The body was moved to Civil Hospital for autopsy. He was resident of Mauripur.

Similarly, bike rider Fareed Khan s/o Abbas Khan was knocked to death by minibus near Mehran Hotel on Super High way. Body was moved to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for postmortem. Responsible driver escaped from the place of incident with his vehicle.

In another road mishap near Anda Morr in New Karachi area a speeding car knocked pedestrian 60year old Saleem and escaped. The body was shifted to Sindh Government Hospital near UP Morr for autopsy. He was resident of New Karachi.

Separately, seven people were injured when a Coaster collided with speeding minibus near Karsaz on Shahrah-e-Faisal. The injured include Naveed, Ismail, Yaseen, Asim, Saeed, Bilal and one unknown who were shifted to JPMC for treatment.

Similarly, bike rider Rawes Khan was injured when a speeding car knocked him near DHA library. The injured was shifted to DHA Hospital for treatment.

The 22years old Samina w/o Jan Muhammad was injured when bike slipped on a road near Shafiq Morr New Karachi area. She was shifted to ASH for treatment.

Meanwhile three people were injured when unidentified speeding car knocked bike riders near Jogi Morr. The 26year old Rajab s/o Ibrahim, Sher Muhammad s/o Hussain and Muhammad Qasim s/o Qadri were shifted to JPMC for treatment.

Two brother Israr Siddiq and Zaman Siddiq were injured by speeding unidentified car while they were on bike near Total Petrol Pump on super high way. The injured were shifted to ASH for medical treatment.

Similarly, Yasir 26, Rizwan 24 and 18year old Asif were injured by unidentified Hiroof when they were riding a bike. The injured were shifted to JPMC for medical treatment.

In yet another road incident near Pakistan Chowk two bike riders Rashid and Noman were injured by speeding minibus. They were shifted to Civil Hospital for treatment.
