Two killed near Shikarpur

Shikarpur: Two men belonging to Kehar tribe were killed in firing by Shar tribemen near Rais Waah on Shikarpur– Jacobabad National Highway section in the jurisdiction of New Faujdari police station on Friday.

Yaseen Kehar, 45, and Raza Muhammad Khoso, 30, residents of village Gulab Kehar were gunned down by at least five armed men belonging to Shar tribe when they were on their way on a motorcycle rickshaw from Shikarpur to their village after attending the hearing in a case at Session Courts Shikarpur.

The attackers were hiding along road and killed Yaseen and Raza Muhammad. The motive behind the incident was said to be an ongoing dispute between Shar and Kehar tribesmen. The bodies were handed over to heirs after postmortem from Civil Hospital Shikarpur.

No FIR was registered till this news was flashed.
