7 including 2 injured suspects held

QUETTA: Seven suspects including two injured belonging to a banned organization were arrested by security forces form a raid in a hospital here Wednesday.

According to details, two activists of a banned outfit reached Noshki from Afghanistan via Shorawak. They were rushed to a local hospital here.

On information Police, Anti Terrorists Force Squad and FC personnel raided the hospital and arrested five suspects and shifted them to unknown place. Two injured suspects were undergoing treatment at the hospital. Police men were deployed at the hospital to avert any untoward incident.

These suspects were Abdul Salam, Haji Mir Hatim, Nomi Ali, Muhammad Rafiq, Ismail, Ajab Gul and Muhammad.

Sources told that arrested suspects were bringing explosive in a pickup from Pak-Afghan border when explosives went off. As a result one suspect was killed on the spot and two others were injured. They were brought to Quetta and admitted into a private hospital.
