At least 100 killed in Mogadishu car bombings

In Somalia, death toll in two car bomb explosions in capital Mogadishu, has mounted to one hundred people.

Talking to reporters after visiting the blast site, Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud blamed the al-Shabab armed group for the attacks.

Somalian authorities said the attack at the busy Sobe intersection on Saturday targeted the Somali education ministry and a school.

Police spokesperson, told reporters that dead included women, children and the elderly and three hundred have been left wounded.
