Capital Development Authority opened bids for development works of Sector C-15

ISLAMABAD: The bids received by the administration of Capital Development Authority for the development works of Sector C-15 have been opened. In this context, the lowest bid of Rs 1.58 billion was given by NLC which has been accepted by the concerned departments.

It may be noted that the bids were invited from government companies under Rule 42(f) of the Ppra. In which the lowest bid was received from NLC. After the acceptance of the bids received, the development works in Sector C-15 will be started soon.

According to the details, the development works of Sector C-15 include the work of main highways, link roads, culverts, water supply lines, while the development works on 3556 kanals of land will be completed in a short period of 12 months. After the completion of the development works, the possession of 2067 plots of different sizes will also be handed over to the owners. It should be noted that after the award of the contract, the NLC has been activated at the Mazkora site and the development works will be formally started next week.

On this occasion, Chairman Capital Development Authority Captain (retired) Muhammad Usman Yunis says that the development works of sector C-15 should be completed within the stipulated period so that the allottees of this sector can build houses on their plots


Moreover, in the light of the special instructions of Chairman Capital Development Authority Captain (retd) Muhammad Usman Yunus, various sectors of F, G and I series, including I-11, H-11, H-9, G-10 center, on behalf of the engineering wing. While a budget of around 210 million rupees has also been allocated by the engineering wing. In this regard, tenders will also be published in newspapers soon. After calling for tenders, the company receiving the lowest bid will be accepted and the contract will be awarded, after which the development works will be started soon.

On this occasion, Chairman Capital Development Authority Captain (retired) Muhammad Usman Yunis says that providing high and quality facilities to the citizens of Islamabad is among the top priorities of the Organisation.
