Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar will visit Muzaffarabad on Monday. The Prime Minister will visit the martyrs' memorial and lay the floral wreath. Later a guard of honor will be presented to him. He will address the special session of the Legislative Assembly of Azad Kashmir.
