Chinese company shows interest to invest in Pakistan

A Chinese company Amer International has expressed deep interest in investing in copper and steel industry in Pakistan.

Chairman Amer International Wang Wenyin conveyed this interest during a meeting with Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar in Beijing today.

The Prime Minister welcomed Amer International's interest in investing in Pakistan and informed the company's Chairman about the Special Investment Facilitation Council under which one window operation facility is being provided for investment in mining and minerals sector.
