KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah said on Wednesday that the government was taking measures to promote lives of people and was also paying attention towards providing better health and education facilities to them.
Talking to people belonging to different of walks of life at Circuit House Khairpur on Tuesday night, the chief minister said they would handle ongoing flood situation in Sindh province as they provided relief to the flood affected people in year 2010.
He said that PPP believed in promotion of people’s lives and were providing basic facilities to them at their door steps. Syed said that new local government system would provide more betterment and record development projects would start in the province.
The chief minister met traders, notables, PPP worker and others, and listen to their problems and issues. He issued directives to the authorities concerned to redresses the problems faced by people. Shah also visited Naseem Kharal House and condoled with MPA Naeem Ahmed Kharal on the death of his cousin.
