Condition of Malik Sikandar improves

Islamabad: The condition of Malik Sikandar accused who sustained bullet injuries during the Islamabad standoff operation was improving. Dr Waseem Khawaja has stated this while talking to a private TV channel on Sunday. He said that tube has been removed from the lungs of Sikandar and there was no bleeding now’.

Dr Khawaja said that blood pressure and mental condition of Sikandar is normal, adding he was talking and taking food as well, however the accused was unable to walk due to fracture. He further said Sikandar can be shifted on stretcher as he was even unable to sit on wheelchair.
