Interior Ministry should provide specific details of Suicide plot to provincial authorities

Islamabad: Awami National Party (ANP) Leader Senator Zahid Khan Friday said that the Interior Minister should provide specific details of a suicide plot while informing the provincial authorities.

Speaking on a point of order in the house, he said Interior Minister has assistance of all major intelligence agencies at his disposal.

Speaking in the house, Ishaq Dar said there has been reshuffle in the finance ministry but the process lacks transparency. He said we should set good examples and traditions.

Ishaq Dar said important economic matters including information on Fiscal Policy, Monetary Policy and GDP should be shared with members of parliament.

He said we need collective wisdom while solving the economic issues.
Islamuddin Sheikh said government has no intention of withholding information from anyone.

He said a request has been made with the Prime Minister to allow the in-camera briefing on killings in Karachi and Quetta.
