Islamic laws can restore lasting peace

KARACHI: The honest and capable leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) can resolve the national and basic civic problems of the masses.

This was stated by Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Chief Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman during his party visit to District Central. JI Karachi General Secretary Abdul Wahab accompanied the JI Karachi Chief.

Ameer and General Secretary JI District Central gave briefing to JI Karachi Chief about the problems faced by the area people.

They apprised that the area people were facing enormous problems including absence of drinking water, deteriorated cleanliness condition, lawlessness, absence of proper sewerage system due to absence of proper local bodies system.

They further said that the extortion cases were also on the rise and the people were also facing acute problems due to routine traffic jams in the city.

The JI Karachi Chief Hafiz Naeem expressed deep concerned over the prevailing issues and said that competent leadership can resolve those issues facing by the masses.

He further said that the JI is a revolutionary movement and the party workers should invite the masses to join Jamaat-e-Islami by initiating door-to-door contact campaign, as the JI was an only party which impose Islamic rules in the country.

“The imposition of Islamic laws in the society can restore lasting peace and eliminate poverty, unemployment, inflation and lawlessness”, he added.

It is pertinent to mention here that the JI Karachi Chapter has initiated a party visit of District Central and visited Liaquatabad, Nazimabad, New Karachi and North Karachi zones.

During the visit, the JI Karachi leadership has reviewed the political activities, public contact campaigns, corner meetings of the JI District Central.
