Moscow asks Ukraine to fulfil its proposals

Russia has warned Ukraine to surrender territory it has occupied and accept other proposals for settlement of the issue otherwise Russian Army will decide on demilitarization and de-Nazification of the region.

The warning was issued by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov a day after President Vladimir Putin said his country is open to talks.

Ukraine says it will fight until Russia withdraws while its Western allies rejected Putin's talks offer at a time when Russian forces are hitting Kyiv and other main cities with missiles and rockets killing civilians and destroying infrastructure.
