QEUTTA: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervez Rasheed and minister of state Jam Kamal visited Ziarat Sunday and inspected destroyed Residency there.
Speaking on the occasion Chaudhry Nisar said Ziarat Residency is our national asset and we are extremely grieved over its destruction. We strongly condemn such incidents.
He announced to rebuild this building and said InshaAllah it would take 3 to four months to bring it into its original shape.
He said government would evolve a policy to provide complete security to our historic national assets.
He said federal government would provide every possible cooperation for establishing peace in the province.
Earlier Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervez Rasheed and minister of state Jam Kamal and Senator Hasil Bizenjo were received by Balochistan Chief Secretary Babar Yaqoob Fateh Muhammad and other senior officers upon arrival at Quetta airport today.
Chief Secretary called on these ministers at the VIP lounge of Airport and briefed them on yesterday’s incidents at Ziarat Residency, Women University and BMC Complex.
