OIC Secretary General congratulates Muslims on Eid al-Adha

Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen offered his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the entire Muslim Ummah on the advent of the blessed Eid al-Adha of 1440AH.

The Secretary General prayed to Allah Almighty to accept the obedience and good deeds of the pilgrims, grant them bountiful reward and forgiveness, and to enable them to complete their rituals in comfort and tranquility and return to their loved ones with good health and pure of all sins.

Othaimen also offered his congratulations and best wishes to the Government of Saudi Arabia � the OIC headquarters state � under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He expressed appreciation of the Kingdom for the great care and kind hospitality provided to the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and visitors of the Grand Mosque, to perform their rituals in ease and comfort.

The OIC chief said that Saudi Arabia is doing everything possible to enable the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and visitors to perform rites while dedicated themselves to the worship of Allah. This is through continued projects to expand the Two Holy Mosques and create all the ideal conditions for pilgrims and visitors to perform their rituals in a pure spiritual atmosphere.
