Karachi: PIA has so far operated 134 Pre Hajj Flights and carried around 54,000 intending Hajj pilgrims to Saudi Arabia with on time flight departures and arrivals. PIA spokesman said here on Sunday.
Pakistan International Airlines on the twenty eighth day of its Pre Hajj Operation, operated four Hajj flights carrying over 18,00 intending pilgrims to the Holy Land. On Sunday, PIA flight from Islamabad PK 2152 carried 503 intending pilgrims, second flight from Islamabad PK 2955 carried 500, from Peshawar PK 2653 carried 328 and from Lahore PK 2255 carried 501 intending pilgrims to the holy land.
All departures and arrivals of PIA Pre Hajj flights are on time.
PIA has operated 11 Hajj flights from Karachi carrying 4,4723 intending pilgrims, 11 flights from Lahore with 5,461 intending pilgrims+ADs 20 flights from Islamabad with 9,833 pilgrims+ADs 42 flights from Peshawar with 14,037 pilgrims+ADs 30 flights from Quetta carrying 9,781, 12 flights from Multan carried 6,020 and 07 flights from Sialkot carrying 3,513 intending pilgrims to Saudi Arabia. On Monday, 07th October, a total of 03 flights are scheduled to operate+ADs 01 each from Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar.
