KARACHI: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) will hold protest demonstrations across Sindh on 10th February 2014 against revengeful activities of provincial government against Sardar Mumtaz Ali Bhutto and his associates: said Engineer Ayub Sharr: while addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club on Wednesday.
Sharr: former senior vice president of PML-N Sindh who had resigned from the party position some three weeks back along with other leaders belonging to Mumtaz Bhutto and his ex-party Sindh National Front: said that in the first phase: protest demonstrations would be held and rallies taken out in all district headquarters of Sindh: while in the next phase: main highways of the province would be blocked.
He lamented that though: PML-N was in power in the centre but top party leadership had left party leaders and workers in Sindh on the mercy of PPP government. “We have informed our leadership to the situation time and again but it paid no attention toward Sindh matters,” he added.
In this situation: we have decided to face the PPP ourselves as it could not be given free hand anymore to keep continue the revengeful activities against PML-N leaders and workers in the province: Sharr said.
Responding to a query: he ruled out possibility of restoration of Sindh National Front and quitting PML-N by Mumtaz Bhutto and his associates. “We are not the people who change party every day: remaining in the party we will face the situation,” he maintained.
Anwer Gujar: former president PML-N Sindh: Abdul Razzaq Bajwa: Abdul Nabi Brohi: Abdul Latif Domki and Aslam Khattak were also present.
