PML-N urged to pursue the course of dialogue instead of staging sit-in

Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira has urged Pakistan Muslim League (N) to pursue the course of dialogue instead of staging sit in in-front of the parliament house.

Talking to the media persons in Islamabad on Tuesday he said that government will honour the agreement signed with Tahirul Qadri.

About creation of new provinces in Punjab‚ Qamar Zaman Kaira said that over two thousand recommendations have been received on the matter. These will be presented before the National and Punjab Assembly after finalization.
Reproaching the remarks made by the opposition leader against Senator Farhatullah Babar‚ Qamar Zaman Kaira said Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan should remain careful in selection of his words.

Earlier Information Minister has urged the need for well equipping the government departments with the tool of latest technologies to cope with the private sector demands and competition. He was launching the official website of the Information Service Academy in Islamabad.

He said we have to prove our existence while meeting the challenges of modern age and to advance our country in different fields.
Information Minister said if any suggestions were given by the Information academies these would be entertained and necessary funds would be provided for this purpose. He asked the information officers to remain vigil for the horizontal and vertical challenges.

He said it is the duty of the government functionaries to work positively to make stronger the weak images and make efforts to remove the negative propaganda. He said the whole ministry needs re-designing to have the modern mode of communications. Earlier DG ISA Khalid Sarwar said the academy is engaged to provide latest gadgets training to its officers.
