PMLN stages rally against Sharjeel remarks

NAUNDERO: PMLN workers took out a rally and held a demonstration here on Monday against the use of alleged unparliamentarily language for Mumtaz Bhutto by Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon.

The protest was led by Khadim Shahani, Rahmat Bhutto, Javed Bhutto, Muhammad Ali Abro, Bashir Channa and others. The rally started from the party office early in the morning and terminated at Benazir Bhutto Press Club. The workers were holding placards and banners in their hands, condemning language used recently at a press briefing by the minister against PMLN leader.

The protesters also took an effigy of Sharjeel Memon over a donkey and forced it to march on all main roads of this town. These PMLN activists alleged while addressing the protesters that PPP had sold the coasts of Sindh and its so-called leaders are involved in corruption on massive scale and now they have become loyal to Sindh overnight.

They further said that after hearing the news of Mumtaz Bhutto to be appointed as Governor Sindh, they are finding place to hide themselves but they must remember that they would be recovered from their hideouts.
