Politics: Assemblies do nothing for people, says Tahirul Qadri

Rawalpindi: Chairman Tehrik-e-Minhajul Quran Dr. Tahirul Qadir has said that Pakistan needs a change in political system.

While addressing a public gathering in Rawalpindi on Sunday he said that nothing for people happened in assemblies as he has experienced sitting in the National Assembly. He said that Islamabad sit-in sent a message of peace to the world.

Dr. Tahirul Qadri said that he knocked the door of justice but justice was denied‚ even the constitutional argument was not listened to. He said that Election Commission of Pakistan should be free and constitution of ECP should be in the light of article 213 of the constitution.
