Rs. 1.65b spend on roads construction, water treatment plant in Muzaffarabad: Majeed

Muzaffarabad: AJK Prime Minister Ch. Abdul Majeed has said that over 1.65 billion rupees were spending for construction of roads and water treatment plant in Muzaffarabad. He said that PPP government respects the mandate of opposition and is taking them on board on all important issues of public interest in Azad Kashmir.

He was talking to a delegation led by member AJK legislative Assembly of PML N Barrister Iftikhar Gillani that called on him in Muzaffarabad.

The Prime Minister said his government has allocated equal funds for the opposition members for the development for the state without any discrimination. He said developmental projects costing billions of rupees are underway urban as well as rural and far flung areas of the state which on completion would usher an era of progress and prosperity in the state.

The Prime Minister said under a comprehensive plan Muzaffarabad is being developed as a Model capital city. He said these projects would be completed by June next year and would provide potable water and other basic amenities of life to the Muzaffarabad residents.
