Russia has invited experts from United Nations and Red Cross to probe deaths of dozens of Ukrainian prisoners in a jail held by Moscow-backed separatists.
In a statement today, Russian Defence Ministry said the decision has been taken in the interests of conducting an objective investigation into an attack on the jail.
