Sind CM distributes compensation cheques to heirs of Abbas town carnage victims

Karachi: Sind Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah distributed cheques each amounting Rs.1.5 million to the heirs of 49 victims of Abbas town bomb blast in a simple ceremony at Chief Minister’s House Karachi on Tuesday.

PPP leader Taj Haider, Commissioner Karachi Syed Hashim Raza Zaidi, MPA Ms. Humaira Alwani and Shia leader Maulana Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi and others were present.

Chief Minister said that the new flats will be provided to those whose flats were destroyed in the blast. “A committee is working in this regard,” he told.
