Karachi: Islamabad’s Talib Hussain led the table on the second day of lucrative Rashid D. Habib Memorial National Professional Golf Tournament on Saturday here at Karachi Golf Course, Karsaz.
After trailing behind Waheed Baloch on the first day, Talib Hussain took a clear lead with gross 137 and four under par 68 on the second day.
Waheed led the table on the first day at four under par 68 ahead Talib, who scored three under par 69 on the first day.
But Waheed lost the gloss on the second day with a gross 140 and he now sits at second spot on the points table behind Talib.
Muhammad Nazir and Imran Ali Khan jointly sit at third place with a gross 141 after two days of play.
The tournament offers a total of Rs 2 million to 43 professionals, who will play the final on Sunday.
