Pakistan Army and district administration are engaged in clearing Lowari tunnel and closed roads following heavy snowfall in and around Upper Dir. The district administration and the Pakistan Army also shifted one hundred and forty eight stranded passengers to a safe place. Food and blankets are being provided to the passengers Snow is being removed from all roads by deployment of heavy machinery.
