Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani has asked Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) to start work on new projects in the areas of Balochistan which are facing scarcity of water.
This he stated during a meeting with Chairman WAPDA Muzammil Hussain in Islamabad.
Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda was also present on the occasion.
The Chairman Senate said the country in general and Balochistan in particular are facing water shortage and the ongoing water projects should be completed at the earliest.
